A project I embarked on along with a research team during my master's degree, during our professional apprenticeship under the supervision of associate professor Danielle Wilde. I picked this research project since I felt it was a very contemporary and challenging thematic.
Throughout this project we experimented in creating DIY recipes for both edible and bioplastic cutlery and a dining set.
